When you visit this website
Our hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva, stores technical data each time a page is requested. This includes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the website you came from, and your browser and operating system. We use this data only to deliver the website and to keep it secure. Infomaniak processes it on our behalf in Switzerland.
Fonts
This website uses typefaces provided by Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to servers operated by Google, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google. Google may process this data in the United States. Transfers to the United States take place on the basis of the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or other safeguards recognised under Swiss law. More information is available in Google’s privacy policy.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools.
When you write to us
If you email us, we process your name, email address, the content of your message and any details you choose to give. We use this information to answer you and, if a conversation leads to working together, to prepare and carry out that work.
When you use the contact form
If you use the contact form, the details you enter (your name, email address, your organisation if you give it, and your message, and, if you send it from one of our diagnostics and leave the option ticked, your diagnostic result) are sent to Formward, a form service based in Stockholm, Sweden, which receives the form on our behalf. Formward stores submissions in Sweden, on infrastructure operated by Hostup AB, and forwards them to us by email through Mailjet (Sinch) from a data centre in France. According to Formward, your IP address is not stored in readable form. We use the information only to answer you, as described above. Sweden and France are in the European Union, whose data protection is recognised as adequate under Swiss law.
Who else receives your data
We share personal data only with the service providers named in this notice, who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described here. Correspondence that leads to a business relationship is kept for as long as legal retention periods require. Other correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can object to processing and ask to receive your data in a common electronic format. If you think we are processing your data unlawfully, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at edoeb.admin.ch.
